After going to so many jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring, I finally came to Lozano’s and not only found the perfect ring but great customer service as well! Armando and Robin are so kind and patient. The process of picking out your forever ring can be so overwhelming but they both made me feel welcome and at ease. And according to my future fiancé they have the most comfortable chairs so he didn’t mind sitting there chatting with Armando for hours while I looked at rings. :-) I’m so thankful to have found Lozano’s. And I know I’m in good hands for all my future jewelry needs.

Armando & Robin should get more stars than 5! They are first and foremost very professional. More than that they are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very personable. I would highly recommend going to Lozanos before going anywhere else. Best experience I have had at jewelry store. 10 stars from me.

The whole staff at Lozano’s is the definition of professionalism. I went into the shoppe with a special and meaningful idea in mind for a piece of jewelry to gift my family with this holiday; they were not only attentive to listening to my idea and taking on my proposal - especially given how busy they were/are with so many loved client requests - but they also weighed-in fairly on the practicality of the piece and the ability to do it. Being somebody who has had their own family owned luxury jewelry business since the early 70’s, I have a good gauge on cost of goods and difficulties of techniques. I came to Lozano’s under the knowledge of them being a reputable, currently local jeweler to help make my vision a reality and left feeling more satisfied than expected. There’s no one else I’d send a friend or family to than Lozano’s!!!
