All-in-all, we are happy with the whole process. Tristate Roofing were recommended by my son and daughter-in-law who had their roof replaced last year. Dan, the sales person, showed up for the appointment on time and provided a very comprehensive presentation. He explained the products and materials in great detail and made a very convincing argument for the higher end shingles. The folks in the office were attentive and provided detailed info about the process, they also kept us informed with updates. The workmen/installers were efficient and completed in about 2 days. They did a good job of clean up when the job was finished. I would recommend these folks for any roofing needs.

Out of the many roofing companies we looked at, Tristate Roofing was the most professional and accommodating. Not only were we able to get a great deal, but we were informed about everything (every step of the way). Any minor hiccups were communicated with me well in advance and proactive measures (by Tristate) were taken. We had the pleasure of working with Christina Singh. Christina made the process very easy (she is probably the major reason we went with Tristate). She went above and beyond what was expected! Everything was laid out from start to finish. All questions were answered! I Highly recommend Tristate Roofing!!

Kaytlind and Allyn came out for an inspection and estimate.They were on time and friendly (most sales people are). My issue is the pricing was double what I anticipated. I committed at first and of course they wanted a deposit- thankfully all I had was a $20 or I’d have been out more. I cancelled the very next day after doing some additional research. I’ve had 3 other estimates - one with the same exact materials, all coming in several thousands less. 2 days later I received a calls from 2 diff “managers” from the company offering 10-12k off the estimate given to me. If honesty and trust is so important to the business why not offer customers the best price up front? Why were they so eager to charge me double initially? I didn’t go with them. ( not too mention they put you on the spot ask for a review right there - even offer to show you how and where on your phone). How many of these reviews are just that and people didn’t bother to go back and update ? Well I decided to - people deserve honest reviews,

Ryan was my sales representative. Although I did not purchase the service and products, I found him to be punctual, professional, competent, knowledgeable and very polite and considerate. Unfortunately as a senior with very limited budget, especially now due to the pandemic I have absolutely no financial wiggle room.If money was no issue i would come straight to Ryan and Tri State roofing. In any event thank-you for sending Ryan.
