Renters beware! I would not recommend it. The manager lady who takes care of the park constantly demands their renters of even the little things in your space and you would have to ask if you want to modify something in YOUR TRAILER even if you hauled it in the space. She will give you an over load of papers in the mailbox complaining about this and that, like: you need to paint your trailer a specific color to her liking. We’ve had people steal from Flamingo trailer park, people who wander inside homes and steal such things as bikes, they have had sexual abusers live there before, and in the past, we’ve had management steal renters rent money demanding that they still had to repay that money even if it was stolen. Please be careful of this place, it is not what it seems. BEWARE.
My mother lives here and enjoys the peacefulness. She is very happy with the management company, she feels she is heard and that they do care. She feels they do their best to resolve situations with a kind and respectful manner.
