Concentra In Tacoma had great customer service and got their job done quickly. I was helped by Lindsey Perkins and WOW, let me tell you, he is great. He has an outgoing personality and is very genuine. The office seemed to me very busy, but the employees were calm and professional.nGreat job you all.

Friendly staff and quick service! Went in for DOT medical examination, was in and out the door in roughly 45 minutes. Love the improvements, keep up the good work team!

I was on a crunch for time but needed to complete my annual nursing physical exam, drug screen and get my flu shot! I showed up at opening time with already several people waiting to enter like myself. As soon as they opened I was greeted and all hands were on deck to tend to the crowd of patients there were at least four people getting everyone checked in and filling out the necessary paperwork. I never waited on them! They were speedy and efficient while very thorough and very friendly!! I was in and out in an hour and they checked to make sure they had everything before I left!! I was so impressed!

The entire Concentra staff was exceptional. Everyone was polite and courteous. Every took great care to wear their masks and ensure that all patients did the same.
