Super frustrating and a total waste of time.nJust had knee surgery and had to now schedule physical therapy. My insurance got my zip code and than returned about 4 places in my immediate area that accept my insurance and are booking new appointments.nI call NW PT , spend well over 15 min going over all my information, scratch out an appointment and thought that was the end of it.nnLater that day they call and leave a 5 sec vm SayingnSorry we don’t accept your insurance.n, thanks have a good day!nSeriously!?nnIn 38 years dealing with insurance and medical appointments that had never happened .nnThe next day they start sending me reminder appointments and portal log in and passwords. I had to call them and tell them to DESTYOY my information , my records etc.nnSuper unprofessional company, based on how the handle the front end administration I’d be Leary to move forward with them. Not going to speculate but let’s just say I wouldn’t be surprised if they have admin mix ups.

Everyone in this clinic cares about your success and are very friendly. Nikki, Kathy, Katie, Olga, Sydney were so helpful and I had great success with their therapy! They are the best physical therapy team in Tacoma! Thank you for your help!

A good (but small) physical therapy office.nnThe office houses 4 physical therapists that handle different injuries but I'm only familiar with 2 of them.nnIt's a home-y office. The receptionist remembers your name seemingly over the phone and in person and has always been pleasant and easy to work with. She knows her system and the way around billing and worked with me to correct some issues I've had (and still have) with incorrect coding on my insurance forms.nnMaking appointments is pretty easy but sometimes it's hard to find a time slot after 4 pm. Not often but sometimes. In those cases it's best to book out several weeks to reserve a spot. For the appointment itself, I've never had one start late due to their timing. As long as I was there on time, my appointment started on time.nnThe physical therapists I worked with were personable and had a good rapport with each other. They both have a pretty broad array of interests and knowledge and engage their patients throughout the exercises.nnMy only issue is that the exercise area itself is a little on the small side and can feel a little cramped if there are 4 or more patients using it. That doesn't happen very often at all, thankfully, but you may have to kinda move around people sometimes.
