I love staying here vrs. the hospital. The Dr. that is taking care of me is so funny. He makes me feel so comfortable. The staff is very nice and always checking on us. There is OT and PT to help with getting the patients back their strength. The nurses are all very qualified and always on sight. If you may need anything during the night for pain or any questions you may have they are just a call away. Just pushing the call button alerts them. The Dr. I see is so good I trust his judgement and would recommend him and his staff to help your loved one heal after hospitalization. This is a beautiful friendly nursing home. I couldn't have found anything better. Some nursing homes are very bad and they mistreat their patients. But this nursing home is so much more than I could have hoped for! Come check it out for yourselves! Get a tour of the home. You won't be disappointed!!

Its a nice facility but managers are the worst. Managers are so intimidating. Not friendly at all. Not welcoming, they never smile. Don’t value others. Treats their workers bad. They act like they are God they don’t like talking to people below them. Thats why they are always losing workers because you don’t know how to treat them. Smile for once, stop being initiating then you will make the facility a good Environment for everyone. Residents get good treatment when the workers are happy. One star because of the managers.

So far in the last 24 hrs I can’t even get a call back from 2 nurses to see how our loved one is and what the next step is. I understand things are pretty crazy right now but really??? Shame on you! We only have a few questions to be answered!

We keep telling them that we can't take my father in law home because the house is in need of rearranging but with everyone in the house's schedules we haven't had time to start on it until today. As well they don't help the patients with things like signing up for disability etc. Even tho they promise that they will. As well the social workers wait until the end of the day to tell you stuff then leave so you or your family can talk to them if it's something you can't do. They are really unprofessional and only care about money and the patients that can bring money in. Also just staying there is $1000 per day. Don't go here.

I have never been so impressed. Beautiful facility, warm and caring staff, excellent food. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing a little more rehab before going home. It is like being in a nice hotel with therapist and nurses who really know their stuff.
