I've had trouble with my spine for over 30 years, degenerative disc disease, accidents, etc. Many surgeries, much PT.nMost PT helped the symptoms and did little to remedy the cause. Not until I started seeing Greg at Optimum did I feel like the therapy was helping the cause. Right from the start, he identified the cause and focused of that. He also taught me ways to maintain the remedy through exercise and stretching that if I knew 20 years ago I'd be in much better shape today.nEveryone there is friendly and relaxed. The place is neat and clean. I highly recommend them.nThanks Greg, Shannon, Lacey and All.

I’ve been coming here off and on since 2013 and they always get my body back where I want it to be. The staff is incredible, friendly, and professional! I always enjoy my time in the office and they always make me feel welcome!

I've been going to see Shannon and the crew at Optimum PT for 3 months now and I have to say that I am blown away by there level of service. Shannon and team go way above and beyond to make sure I understand my whole treatment plan and follow up for recovery. I 100% recommend their crew to anyone looking to get back on track with therapy goals.

This is the best PT in the greater Tacoma area! The woman who does the scheduling is super-friendly and welcoming. The Therapists are down to earth and talk to you like you're a person, not just a patient. I've been to various PT several times in my life, and Shannon has been the most thorough and knowledgeable Therapist by far! He even identified a hip band issue that my primary Dr missed. Thank you for helping me get my power back!! I'll be calling soon for more appts.
