Long waits. Recently was told a prescription would be ready by noon the next day. Showed up at around 5pm and it wasn't ready. Then was asked to come back in 30 minutes. Came back 45minutes later. Still not ready. Ended up needing to make the trip again the next day. Then there's the fact that, in my experience, about half the staff is rude. Leaving this review after calling on whether a prescription was ready. The staff member was blunt and rude as is my regular experience. Unfortunately Costco is the only pharmacy nearby that provide prescriptions for my pet.

Went to get flu shot and first they did not take my insurance card then they barked at me when they told me I did not provide it to them. Then pharmacist barked at me more when I stood by the register instead of back in line . I was told to stand by the register. Ugh. Totally opposite experience from last year. Think I will go somewhere else next year. Oh did I mention after all that and waiting for an hour they did not take my insurance? They could not of told me this when I checked in?
