I came here to send a few return packages. I ran out of tape at home, and asked if I could use a few pieces to seal 2 of my packages. The lady, "Lena" was extremely rude and snapped at me that if I wanted tape I had to pay for it. I have been to other post offices where they at least give me a few pieces if it's for small items. I paid for the tape and she snapped at me to move out of the way. I am disgusted by the "customer service" that I received today from Lena. I have never had issues before with the man or the other woman who work here. I will not be returning because of this treatment. When I left Lena chucked at me as I left through the door. This is absurd. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please talk to Lena about bettering her customer service so other people do not have to experience the terrible service I received today.
40min wait to even get to the door. 1 register open 20ppl in line its Ridiculous the man should have help. Get your staffing and schedule right this is insane. I left after 43mins and went to the ups store on Menaul much faster and the employees are polite.

They are never helpful! The employees don't care about customer service.
It’s shocking to rate a post office so high but these folks are always helpful and efficient, even though this place is tiny and gets busy, busy, busy! Also, props for the plaque proclaiming its founding during the Eisenhower administration!
