I am not from the Pomona area, so I relied on the reviews of this particular location to make an order to be delivered today. It was for a special occasion, so it was important that my order got delivered today. I placed my order around 9AM and it was successful delivered by 2PM. I even called to make sure they got my order and that it would be delivered today- when I called the gentleman was very customer service oriented and assured me to not worry. I looked at several other Edible Arrangement stores and they all had under 3 star reviews due to lack of customer service or delivery of orders. I highly recommend using this location as they seem to have the customer’s experience in mind. Very satisfied today!

My first time ordering through this company and what a great idea BUT- the quality is horrific. I will NEVER order again. I ordered an arrangement for my boyfriend and had it delivered to his work. You'd think for the outrageous price of the arrangement you would get quality fruit especially when it's delivered and opened the same day. NOPE he received an arrangement of over ripe and some rotten strawberries, pineapple and grapes. Absolute waste of money. If none of the guys in the shop will eat it you know it's horrible. Then I called about it, they acted as if I was lying. On top of over priced and rotten product horrible customer service. Save your $100!!!! Don't do it!!!
