Only seen by appointment only. Entrance is in the alley. I had a tree trimming question and the lady helped me very quickly. I didn't even enter the building.
Had an appointment and everyone was helpful.
I arrive here at 2:20 pm to pull a city permit. There's 2 person ahead of me and that's understandable to wait. But I noticed that there is only one person assisting us on the counter, unfortunately it took me 2 hours until someone assisted me. I just wish there is more personnel to assist people on the counter and they need to improve customer service....
