My 9 year old wanted her ears pierced. We wanted a better experience than the standard child piercing options and were referred to Lotus. Michael and Mandy were fantastic! So kind and patient. Very thorough and let my daughter take the lead on how quickly or slowly the process took place. We are so thrilled with her cute new ear piercings and would recommend Lotus to anyone who wants a quality, professional and amazing piercing experience. ❤️
Michael, the guest piercer, did my conch piercing today and it was awesome. He helped me pick the perfect jewelry and the perfect placement. He made sure I felt heard and felt safe. He explained everything he was going to do before he did to make sure I was informed and ready. Hoping he stays on full time!! thank you Michael!
Michael seriously was the best! I was super nervous to get my daith pierced but he was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable with the process! They take care of their customers and are seriously the best! Highly highly recommend, especially if it’s your first time
Micheal was legit the coolest. I’m seriously awkward and try really hard not to be and he made me feel so comfortable. Also, I got 3 piercings, a helix and two lobes. He helped me pick out which jewelry would look best on my ear and choose the placement and thank freaking god he did because it was WAY better than anything I could have even dreamed up. I was determined to change it to a hoop after it healed and I love it so much, I’m not changing it and am just gonna have to get something else pierced for a hoop instead 🤣 also have I told you how many compliments I’ve gotten on it? I legit wear my hair in a pony all the time now just because my ears look swag
The service was absolutely fantastic! The shop had very high standards in health and cleanliness. I pulled out a nose ring, and they fitted me and even though I didn't have an appointment... I would recommend this business to anyone
