When I got my ears pierced they did it at an angle so it's hard to put on my ear rings. But every thing else was good

Very bad experience returning earrings that’s I had tested DIAMONDS ARE POOR QAULITY the gold is NOT 10k it only 9k. They didn’t offer me my cash back nor willing to give store credit only an exchange for another cheap piece of jewelry. Spent a total of $492.75

very bad experience with an employee named Hanah .... very bad attitude and refused to help me. I went there to return a braclet I had bought 2 days prior because I noticed that one of the links were broke
