Staff is friendly and I had no trouble being helped.nOn this occasion I was helped by Hector who was very knowledgeable he was courteous and answered all my questions. It was a great experience. I felt comfortable and made my transaction go smoothly. Definitely will be requesting him next time.

I pawned an apple watch and a month later I went in and picked it up, i didnt notice the straps were missing until I got home, I called and asked about it and the person over the phone was rude, and seemed offended that I was asking about MY missing items. I know what happened, but its ok this ones my bad because the straps were not the original ones, they were $50 apple sport bands, and since they didn't write it down as part of the description, they just went missing, i don't even care about the straps, its the principle of the thing, they took a vantage, and theyre making it seem like i just gave them a watch without the straps, Needless to say, you guys know what happened, its sad that I pawned my little stuff just to get by, and this happens,, and for the public there are plenty of other places to give your business to
