They were very nice and helpful. They gave me helpful information that i needed. Also, we wanted 1,000 red and pink carnations for grams and it was 600 dollars. GREAT PRICE! So happy with this place I recommend it. :)

I now live out of state and wanted to send my Mom flowers for her birthday. I googled several places in the area where she works and after looking at reviews decided to contact French Basket. I was a little concerned that I'd end up paying a ridiculous amount of money because I waited till 3 days before. I emailed and got a response quickly. They were able to work with my budget, sent me photos of 2 different beautiful arrangements and had everything delivered to my Mom before noon!! She LOVED the flowers said they smelled really good and was so happy! I definitely reccomend French Basket, they are very accommodating and have beautiful arrangements! Thank You to Nancy and her Mom!! I will definitely be ordering again!!!
Order last minute sympathy plant flowers ..I am in Canada they were very helpful and told me delivery will be right away too.. love how they send you a pic of what your getting to your cell phone.. awesome service
Well I just got off of the phone with one of the most delightful shop owners! I had a last minute order to place for one of my customers for a funeral service tomorrow morning at 10 AM. I have full confidence that a big and beautiful floral piece will make it with time to spare!
