I placed a order around 8AM, before they opened. called around 9:10AM to make sure the order went through and the lovely woman over the phone told me she was working on my order before i called. She was very polite and informed me it would arrive before noon and it showed up around 10:30. Great price, Great speedy service, sure to give them more business in the future.
Ordered online and did not receive what was ordered. I understand it said they can substitute if flowers were not available but its extremely hard to believe they did not have red roses. They are a BIG RIP OFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I ordered a bouquet of roses to deliver to my mother for Valentine's Day. I am very satisfied with my experience! I got what I wanted: nice, fresh flowers, wonderful service, great prices. Shopkeepers we're fantastic, and delivery man was very on time and polite! I will say that you should not look at the website and instead ask in-store about bouquets you want... nonetheless I will be doing business here again! ud83dude0a
I wish I read the reviews prior to buying flowers from them. The arrangement that I purchased was not what they delivered.
The WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT BUY. My son ordered a corsage and boutonniere two weeks ago. The receipt said RED ROSES. When he arrives to pick them up. They were PINK ROSES. I tried talking to Ana and another employee about the problem and they hung up on me. The same day of the Prom. I called back and I asked for a discount for the mistake and they said NO. That I could CANCEL the order get a refund or wait for them to make new ones. VERY, VERY RUDE!!! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
