The shop is good & workers Polite, and coordinated equal prices!
Went to buy a bottle of crown royal for a friends birthday party and heard a noise coming from my engine I opened my hood for literally 5 seconds to make sure I was safe and Janell came out yelling at me that I couldn't work on my car in the parking lot, I explained that I wasnt and closed the hood went in and asked for a ½ gallon of crown and she says no I'm not serving you because you were working on your car and wouldnt listen to me......wth! Terrible customer service. I hope her car breaks down for being so rude about it.
Came by at 8pm. I Miscalculated how much tax I would owe. The black man on shift, I regret not getting his name, covered the change.nnDianne's liquor Mart has outstanding customer service, and I will be buying from them exclusively because of that man's kind gesture.nnMy loyalty has been earned, and now I must get drunk to bladerunner. Highly recommended. Both the movie and the store!
