House of Time Jewelers has the best customer service ever. The led attendant in charge of this store is very knowledgeable and his craftsmanship is on another level. He offered me great price for my diamond ring. Highly recommend this store and would refer other clients to them.

Horrible service. VERY RUDE. There is a small man who doesn’t smile or seem to care about getting business. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

The men here were very rude to me, and unfriendly as well. I went here to get a battery for my watch. I'd already been waiting for a while when some man came in there after me with something he'd bought that he didn't know to use, and they sort of pushed me (not physically) aside and served him first and immediately, in spite of the fact I was there first and had already been waiting. They need to learn how to treat customers better than that. I was only getting a watch battery that day, but maybe I would have wanted to buy an expensive piece of jewellery some day, but not from people who treated me like that.

The nice gentleman repaired my watch, it works perfect, gave me a 1 yr. warranty.
