My elderly mother went to repair her pearl necklace that my father got her years ago. The latch was broken, a simple fix. Once she came to pick it up she was given old and cheap pearls. He took her real, vintage pearls and gave her worthless ones in return. My mother went back to confront him and asked for her pearls and he refused and said this were it. He’s a fraud, a lier that has no merit. It was an heirloom and he had the audacity to lie and take my mothers necklace and swap them out for fake ones. He needs to be investigated! Don’t go to him ever!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Stay away as far as possible from this place! The owner is extremely rude and a thief. I had an open layaway that a deposit was put down and NO signed agreement nor layaway policy was ever in effect. I came back to retrieve my deposit and explained that I could not purchase the item due to the fact that my mother is sick and I have been out of the country taking care of her. He refused to refund it and stated that I could have something else for my deposit. I respectfully declined. He told me he didn't care about my mother and that he was a business man! I told him I was contacting the police for the theft. To top it off, the jewelry that I was anticipating on purchasing was displayed for sale as if he was trying to make a double sale. Take your business elsewhere!!

Norm is the man! He has so many options to choose from, every piece of jewelry I have ever gotten has been nothing but perfect. He's always super professional, been doing business with him for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my jewelry, even if you dont have alot of cash. Just trying to find something small and simple, hes got it.

I never review negatively after a single experience but I am shocked out how rudely I was treated here.nnI came in the store and asked if I could have my ring sized. He asked me if I was buying online. I said yes and he said, “well then what reason do I have to help you.” I was stunned. He ended up bringing the sizer out but I told him I would just go somewhere else. Funny enough, I learned that you can just it yourself with floss.nnI understand it must be frustrating that so many young people are turning to online stores. But that wasn’t just bad customer service. He was just purposefully being mean.
