I've been going to this jewelry shop for years to buy jewelry, get repairs and cleaning and even for custom pieces. The staff is knowledgeable and unfailingly wonderful to work with. No matter what I'm looking for they help me track it down and the finished product is even better than I hoped. Their prices are very reasonable as well.
Purchased both engagement and wedding rings from New York Gold. Prices and service were great! They helped me select an engagement ring that my wife loved, and I still get compliments on the unique design of my wedding ring. They took the time to talk with me and find out what I wanted, and gave advice for what I wasn't sure about. They helped me get the most bang for my buck, explaining how to stretch my budget when looking at something like diamond size versus color versus or what metal/alloy to have the ring made from to match the stones best.
New York Gold does top notch work! I wanted my engagement ring to really show off my center stone and brought it to them. They replaced my 14k six prong head with a six prong platiumn head and now I constantly get compliments on it! They've also sized my ring for me and it's a perfect, comfortable fit. I've had numerous pieces fixed and sized here and have never had a complaint. If you're looking for quality gold, gold repair, and customer service this is the place to go.
