My fiancé and I made an appointment to look at wedding rings/bands this morning. The staff were welcoming, kind and so knowledgeable about the pieces and the artists, plus they had an awesome selection laid out for us to look at. They were also helpful with suggestions. Brought my partner in to choose a new wedding band and Emily made him feel so comfortable. She listened, was patient, was kind. It was a wonderful experience for both of us, and it felt safe and careful. This store values and supports artists and makers, and it shows. Truly special selection. We are lucky that small businesses like Lapis exist.

Lapis has become one of our most frequented businesses! My partner got the engagement ring of my dreams with help from Nora and Emily. The staff members are attentive and knowledgeable, they have even helped me with personal shopping while I am staying in New York. I have also received candles, a slip dress, and some other beauty items that I absolutely LOVE. Whether you’re looking for an important jewelry purchase or a quick gift for a friend, Lapis will never disappoint.

There’s something to be said for kind and gracious customer service. If that’s something you look for when spending your money at local business in your community that you’ve lived in and been a part of for many years, don’t go in to this store. I’ve tried many times to give them (the owner) the benefit of the doubt but sadly, it never fails. Amazing jewelry and house wares! I have come in to purchase gifts for friends and have yet to be disappointed! They always have the perfect thing! I love lapis so much and I’m so glad it’s in my neighborhood!
