We purchased a ring from Kiros Diamond Specialty, Inc. recently and had a wonderful experience working with John. We were adamant on supporting a local business rather than a chain jeweler. There was ABSOLUTELY no pressure to buy as opposed to other jewelers we visited pressuring us to immediately make a purchase. We were able take our time and view as much inventory as we wanted. John was more than willing to work with us and to order anything we were interested in. It was clear he wanted us to have a good experience and get the jewelry piece that was right for us. We shopped for the perfect piece over a period of several visits to the store. Ultimately, we purchased a beautiful, NO CONFLICT, ETHICAL ring and lab grown diamond. We received an appraisal for the piece and all the information regarding the specifications of the diamond. We are very happy with the quality, fair price, and service we received at Kiros Diamond Specialty, Inc.

My wife and I both bought our wedding rings here separately. I went first and had good dealings with the jeweler paid cash got a discount. My wife went in after me to get me a standard band. The jeweler asked my wife about the stone of her ring and made her tell him that it was moissanite a synthetic diamond. Luckily it was her idea to get a diamond alternative.nNext we went in together to get my ring sized, not only did the jeweler tell me that my ring was second hand he told me the price. I was unaware and it definitely gives me a different feeling knowing my wedding band was from a former failed marriage. When I got my ring back after sizing where he charged $43 my ring is off color in spots and you can clearly see where it was cut. Very poor customer service. I'm bummed because I bought a unique ring for my wife and wanted a matching band.

Just picked up my engagement ring from John who replaced a lost diamond! Such friendly, quick, and quality service. I felt completely comfortable leaving my ring with them because I could tell they really care about each job. Thanks again! I am so happy to have my ring back in tip top shape.

I love this place! John is always so helpful, and he has so much knowledge about diamonds and colored stones. We purchase my engagement ring, picked out the setting from his large selection and then chose a stone which he had cut to fit. He has a lot of unique pieces. I highly recommend Kiros!
