The employees especially that old lady at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE. Do not go to this very small and limited jewelry store. I went in for an appraisal and they were so cranky. They didn’t offer me what the ring was even worth, not even close! Total waste of my time. There tons of jewlery stores that are friendlier, shop elsewhere. This place is a train wreck.

I recently moved to the area and needed to repair my wedding band. I initially took it to Larkins, however I found Larkin Jewelers to be incredibly expensive, slow, and unpleasant to work with.nnI had my rings fix in a timely (less then half the time it took Larkin to even give me an estimate) and reasonable pricedn(1/3 of the price Larkin quoted) by a local Jewelers. The other Jeweler was pleasant and did wonderful work!

Larkin's has been our family's jeweler for about 30 years. They are the best!!!

Owner told my wife the ring we brought in was cheaply made and poor quality and we should return it. My wife loves that ring. It made her feel bad cause of his pompous comments. He needs to be professional and keep his opinions to himself. Lots of jewelry is sentimental. Never going there again!!!Go to Fircrest Jeweler. No fuss. No rude comments!
