I was in here yesterday and the team members were awesome the store was extremely clean and the employee Jess was so nice and answered all my questions thank you for being awesome I will def be back

My review is based off of the employee I encountered. I was ignored even though I crossed paths with the employee (brown hair pony tail with purple pink shirt) several times. I walked around for awhile and despite being pretty dead I was never offered assist or spoken to.nI also witnessed her harassing some young women. It appeared to be a misunderstanding but she was loud and obnoxious about it. Very aggressive and obviously trying to make a scene to embarrass them. Normally I am a big fan of Spencer’s. Even as a 40+ women it’s a favorite. I won’t be back to this location until I’m sure there is a staff turnover.

Jessica is awesome she made my experience the best and helped me find everything i needed and gave good detailed suggestions for me

only speak to the whites never saying a word to me or asking if I need help I did want to buy something but after the way I was treated I walked out

This another Cool Store at Mall. We got a some Halloween Stuff. and We got Christmas presents too. I love both Halloween and Christmas Seasons together. always looking for ud83dude0e Cool Fun Stuff to buy! have a great day!
