Cesar (sorry if misspelled!) was a great help, and we found the perfect ring. Their cleanliness precautions are great, with each ring being cleaned before you try them on. He added the military discount that I was unaware of, and he brought another associate over to make sure the ring sizing was perfect. A great experience!

Spoke with the Manager here Rhonda, I let her know I was dealing with a family emernengcy and the local customer service lines weren't going through. She let me know that was all she would do extremely disrespectfully. Then when I asked to speak with her boss or anyone from their corporate team she hung up on me. Very upset after being a member for over a decade. Message to management get rid of this branch manager, absolutely terrible customer service skills.
