Loved the service. Came here for Diwali shopping for silver coins and jewelry. I went back twice. The salesperson was very helpful and I was very impressed by their selection! I went to a couple jewelry stores but got the best service here even though it was a bit crowded yesterday. I will definitely be coming back again for my jewelry. Their prices are the most reasonable compared to the other stores.

I visit Shan jewelers in Artesia and fell in love with this white gold diamond pendant. The price was a little steep at first but Shan helped me out with the price. The pendant came with a certificate and he got me an appraisal for it. I will definitely be coming back to Shan for my jewelry needs!

I usually but my gold from Artesia. So I drive down from San Diego. I wanted to try a new jewelry place in Artesia, so I came to Shan to see their jewelry collection. Pioneer has a lot of jewelry stores and I visited majority of them. The sales person at Shan was very nice and showed me all the different items they had. They made it very easy for me to decide what to get and were very patient even though they were quite busy during that time. I experienced great costumer service. I was very satisfied with my purchase of bangles, earrings and necklace. Will definently be coming back.

I bought a gold chain for $1000 from this store, the store sounds very promising but has given me an inferior gold chain, it sticks to my chest hair and takes out my chest hair, I am very unsatisfied with the gold chain, the store owner did some fining of the good chain so that it doesn’t sticks to the hair but of no use. I do notnRecommend this store as this store is only concentrating on making money but not on customer service. I just called the store today to convey my discomfort in regards to the chain sold to me, the owner of the store said his worker has gone on a holiday for three weeks and I should contact him after January 15, 2020. Such a ridiculous answer. It’s crazy. Do not waste your time and money, don’t go to this store.
