They have had the best group of employees. Over the years we have gotten to know & befriend Will, Seth, Mason, Alicia, Skyler, Sierra, Dillon, Jake(s), and Hailey is THE BEST!! Seriously she brings such an amazing Zen to our experience at the store & she is looked up to by so many of her co-workers (I have 1st hand knowledge of the glowing things her subordinates say about her) They are all so fun to chat with when you go in, they are very knowledgeable, I only wish their employees would stay longer. The turn over is sad because you know that the employees don't make a living wage yet the can sustain multiple stores. Do better MJ's owners, this falls on your shoulders alone!
I've bought two pieces from this store with Haley as my saleswoman and she is just GREAT! She's incredibly knowledgable about all products and is extremely nice and personable!
This place has friendly service and is there to answer any questions regarding other products. Have great selection of incense and candles, bongs pipes/pieces, edibles and so on.
Would have gave a 5 star review, however I picked out a pice that was labeled $35, but when the employee handed me my receipt it said it was $39 before tax and, $42.98 after tax! And when I realized what had happened, it was too late and the employee wouldn't do anything to resolve the issue, so in short double check the price before you pay!!
The young man who works there is very rude and made be feel unwelcomed in your store which I shop at almost every day it's just so disappointing I had anxiety going approaching the store today not knowing if he was there or not I didn't want to feel uncomfortable again.
