I don't think I've ever had such good service with any company as I have had with this one. Maureen answers the phone pleasant, upbeat and promptly. She bent over backwards to work the schedule so that someone could be out in a timely manner. Her guys came out and stayed on task working out a very difficult problem with my fireplace. They didn't give up. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time that they worked. And THEN there was follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied. Who does that anymore?
They were great. On time. Nice. Fair price. And highly recommended by someone that I trust completely.
The office staff was so upbeat, friendly, informative, and accommidatng...She made scheduling my appt easy...The tech that serviced our 2 gas stoves was on time, professional, and took time to educate me on usage of remote, and wall thermostat...This company came highly recommended! And Sound Stove proved to be THE BEST!
These positive reviews have GOT to be fake. Hired Sound Stove Service to fix a knob on my Lynx BBQ. My assistant paid him $225 in cash for the service call, and the guy (Owner Russ Heim) took the cash, did not give her a receipt, and said I should just replace the whole thing. He didn't offer to fix the knob, and is now not returning my calls. He will be handled, but wanted others to be aware of their business practices.nTo be clear- the Lynx is under warranty, receives regular service, just had new gas lines and burners installed, and is a beautiful unit. There is a knob that will not close, allowing gas to escape- I hired them to replace the knob, period. Instead, he took the cash from a young girl, and ghosted us.
If you need your stove serviced after it's old and Honore Russ's got the experience to repair it, or replace it with a nice new gas unit with a remote control you'll find that he is professional and courtesy thanks Russ
