Our gas fireplace insert was installed yesterday and we love it. We only wish we would have done it sooner. The installers did a great job! Now our living room is down right cozy!
Theses people are amazing they spent at least an hour helping us out and explaining things they were so nice and help full. They actually talked us out of what we we going to be building cuz it wouldn't have worked even tho that meant that we wernt going to be buying any thing they could have just took a couple of grand from us and went on with there day. I hope they get good karma and I would recommend them to any one they are very knowledgeable and didnt make us feel dumb. Thank you Heather and Scott u guys are great

I bought a wood burning insert and a gas insert from Down Right Cozy and can only recommend this place if you are looking for quality units, great customer service, knowledgeable staff and no sales pressure. The installation was great too. Trevor and John did a wonderful job, very professional, polite and clean.
We were told by another company that our gas fireplace couldn't be fixed. Down Right Cozy came out today fixed our fireplace and cleaned it. I am very happy with the customer service we received from the service tech Jeremy and will recommend Down Right Cozy to others.
