I was not having any luck getting service for my gas fireplace. Finally, I contacted the manufacturer and they gave me the number for Fircrest. The office manager, Jan Roemke, patiently listened to my plight and recommended that I leave my number for the President/Owner Wade Winslow. I thought, “right”. Within the hour Mr. Winslow called and offered his expertise. He spent almost an hour on the phone while I trouble shot, made adjustments, and tried to figure out the problem. Mr. Winslow was 100% knowledgeable, patient, and gladly gave his own time to help out a random person. After I had gone to the internet, YouTube, local fireplace businesses I was blown away at Mr. Winslow’s genuine care for a person in need. Currently, I am not in the market for his product, but I will make the hour drive to frequent his establishment when I do. I do not recommend signing up on the internet “ASK” services. Just received attitude for a pay per question service. Thank you!

Wade, the owner, is a very personable and knowledgeable man regarding home and hearth issues, primarily fireplace inserts. One of our best friends referred us to him when our old copper hydronic heating system failed, leaking in our old concrete slab hydronic system. Wade knows everything about this heating system failure and how to overcome what was to us a seemingly unsolvable problem. Friendly, interactive, takes his time, answers all questions, extremely personable. Really a lifesaver for us when our good friends referred us to him. Of course, the fireplace gas inserts are complicated to us and numerous in choices. He made it all easy to make a decision. Can't recommend him enough!

Wade at Fircrest Hearth &Home is an absolute pleasure to work with. He goes out of his way to help his customers out. He is honest, caring and an all around respectable guy. He has my highest praises. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a grill!

Fircrest Hearth & Home is a local family-owned business that focuses on your needs. My experience in replacing an age-old fireplace system was first rate in every way with FH&H. Grace greeted me with sincere appreciation and professionalism, walked me through my options, and promptly followed up with an excellent solution. After only a few days, we now have a perfectly installed system that works like a charm. It was a truly exceptional experience, and I can't recommend them more highly.
