Fast, efficient, friendly service at a very affordable price. Arrived promptly at scheduled time. My fireplace had not been cleaned in, probably, 15 years. A-Team Service helped get it back in brand new condition and had all necessary parts with them in the van. No hassles, no waiting, no second appointment and, most importantly, no extra service fees.nI highly recommend A-Team Service for your fireplace needs. (I forgot to mention, they even got me in two weeks early when an appointment slot opened up in my area)
Adam and his team recently cleaned and serviced our 3 fireplaces and installed 2 blowers as well. Our indoor fireplaces were routine but our outdoor one needed fresh paint on the frame. With Adam's good advice we opted to have the inside painted black as well. With new fire rock and fresh paint it looks brand new! You will not be disappointed with Adam's work. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly, responsive, and flexible. My husband and I highly recommend A-Team.
So pleasantly surprised by the stellar service from Adam and Chris. Our fireplace insert is old, really old. We thought it might be down for the count. Instead, these guys dissected it, pampered it, and brought it to a level I'd call next to new. It's never looked so good, or functioned so well (and quiet). To say nothing of arriving as expected, leaving shoes at the door unasked, wearing masks, and doing extras like painting a worn spot! I don't write reviews, but this deserves an exception. Well done! We are truly impressed.
I am so glad to have connected with this company. Very responsive, showed up on time, respectful of the house with equipment, drop cloths, and masks. Adam and Chris were fully prepared to tackle my 20 year old gas fireplace issues and more. They cleaned it, serviced it, spruced it up, installed a blower, showed me how to use the remote, and how to access the pilot light and blower speed. Adam thoroughly answered all of my questions. He knows his equipment and diagnosed and fixed a wiring issue before installing the blower. Gave me pointers and tips that I definitely appreciate. The fireplace works much better now and looks better than new. Adam takes pride in his work and we are looking forward to a toasty winter.
Adam and Chris kept me posted on their ETA. They were very respectful of our home. Wore masks, gloves, and put down covering to protect the floors. They were very friendly and efficient. The work was high quality and they answered all my questions. They clearly know their stuff. Highly recommend.
