It took us five months to find the right floors. Walked into Lumber Liquidators and they helped us within minutes to choose the best floor for our house. We ended up ordering the CLX Meribel 5mm w/pad and it looks amazing. Top notch customer service.

Elderly gentleman in Tacoma location asked if he could help. Showed him who the manufacturer of the flooring I was trying to match was and told him who built the home and that they installed it originally to which he responded “oh I’m sorry”. Realized his mistake and then tried to apologize. I would think based on his age he should know better than to insult a customers home. Will never buy anything from this company and will discourage everyone I know as well as all my customers from shopping there.
