Purchased a diamond ring for my wife from Anne at ABC Jewelry vendor on the left as you enter. I did not receive a certification until I re-visited the store 1 month after my purchase. I asked Anne why I did not receive a certification in the 1st place, she said because I did not ask for one. She also added the diamond ring was an illusion ring, which is a bunch of diamonds to make it look like one diamond and was supposedly 1.5 carats (as advertised). After that I felt like I purchsed a less disiarable ring and my wife felt the same. We received the certification and Anne hand wrote the price on it, that was odd to me. We felt very mislead and decided on not returning after that.
