I was going to get my nails done and I saw a new jewelry store that just opened. I went in to replace a battery and the guy said it will take 10 minutes. Went to get my nails done. It was an hour later n the guy came into the nail place and told my he had to leave n he did NOT change the battery. He told me to go back in an hour n a half for some other guy to change it. Not good customer service. I felt soooo uncomfortable. I was going to buy a watch there but now I lost all trust in them. I do not recommend nor will I ever go back.
