Friendly atmosphere and honest and kind workers. The jeweler is so nice
I had my rings cut off due to pregnancy swelling, when I went to another jeweler to have them saudered I was informed that not only were they cut off incorrectly, they actually damaged the band. Instead of using a proper cutting tool they used regular wire snips that you find in a local Home Depot. The real kicker is I was charged $75 to cut off my rings that are now damaged and have to be fixed properly.
Took my wife's platinum band to get enlarged. They are extremely experienced with repairs for fine jewelry. They even sanded and buffed it out nicely for a fair price. And steam cleaned her diamond ring for free!! Great service. Knowledgeable.
