Still have not received, horrible customer service!nnI have been waiting for this order for over three weeks. I have asked Joyride to cancel this since they still had not sent it. They said it was on it’s way Nov 13 and that it could take 7-10 days. I just checked the tracking number and the items still have not shipped. I have sent numerous emails asking the order to be canceled because I need the harness ASAP so ended up going to Petco and purchasing one there. They keep saying it is in transit when it is not. I will be returning the item as soon as I get it. I am very disappointed as I would like to support these smaller companies, but they should not make promises they cannot fulfill and/or be honest when ordering and say this can take over a month to receive. When I wrote to inquire about my order, they offered me 15% off my next order not any discount on the present order and I am very disappointed with their lack of response and getting me a refund.

Order arrived on time and this harness is the best I've ever owned. I've tried two others before settling on this. I see the terrible service ratings, but I just didn't have that problem but can't promise you that you won't -- but the harness itself, is fantastic.

Wow. I ordered two harnesses from this company and despite the website promise to ship within 3 - 5 days, I had to ask about my order a month later. I then canceled the order when I realized they hadn't even shipped it yet. The company told me it couldn't be canceled because it had already been shipped, however they couldn't provide me with a tracking number for two more days. yeah, right. Of course in the meantime, I bought something locally and told them again to cancel the order but now they magically had a tracking number and told me I could always return them if I wanted.nnNow, I go back to their site to fill out the return paperwork and it costs me $7.95 to send back the order that THEY screwed up. Horrible customer service and the harness is WAY too big and clunky for small dogs ( I have two 10-lb'ers that this was supposed to be perfect for). I will also mention that this product absolutely comes from China and not sunny Los Angeles as they purport; it comes in the telltale Chinese wrapnnBack to Chewy.com where the products are as advertised and the customer service is great.

Worst customer service I have ever experiencednDespite repeated emails (which take days or weeks to respond) and several chat session, no one did what they say they would do.
