Absolutely professional gentleman, a pleasure to do business with. He is caring to his customers, passionate about his work, and just an overall positive and kind human being in general. I had Rafi polish a Daytona to factory specifications and he completely out-performed my expectations! Also has a great selection of mint-condition luxury watches and fine jewelry at beyond reasonable pricings. Everyone in Beverly Hills uses Rafi, because he is the most skillful at what he does. Cannot wait to visit the shop again and purchase some of his timeless pieces.
