Everyone at Anne Sisteron Fine was extremely helpful and professional. Lorraine took her time in showing me multiple stones and rings until I was 100% confident with the decision. I knew next to nothing about diamonds beforehand but now feel like an expert thanks to their patience and guidance! The ring turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with this jeweler. I have been admiring Anne Sisteron's style for years because she is featured in the high-end gift shop at the Orlando Four Seasons Resort at Disney.nnI love pavé set diamonds as my personal style and that is her specialty!nnI saw the Scythe bracelet on social media somewhere and had to have it. It wasn't currently on the website so I reached out to them via email and was set up with the e-commerce manager, Brooke. She sent me the info and I was able to put in an order for a custom piece, ready in 4-6 weeks.nnApproximately 4 weeks later it was shipped to me via Fed-Ex signature two-day delivery. It was too big, so I reached out and they sent me a 2-day return label and resized it and sent it back within 1 day of receipt with tracking info provided.nnUnfortunately, the size was still off, so the process was repeated, again with 1 day turnaround after item was delivered back to them.nnBrooke was a consummate professional, saying they would make it right for me no matter what. They did! It's beautiful. I love it. It's a stunner and matches well with another fine jewelry piece I have from Tiffany and Co.nnThis is going to be one of my go-to shops for sure. Excellent customer service, ownership and accountability, great communication, and beautiful diamond pieces!nnThey also recently launched a loyalty program with specials and gifts for members!nnI'm located out of state but will make sure to visit the storefront when I am next in California.

I can’t stop Looking !! I love Emeralds so I am trying to find something I just purchased my Ear Climber in White gold and diamonds with emerald eyes on the snake ear climber!!
