Recently returned from Great trains & grand canyon tour, we had an amazing time. Our tour guide Sean was a wealth of information and history of the area, we couldn't have had a better guide! Everything was first class and well organized. We will travel again with this company.

Disaster and the trip isn’t over. From the moment we started booking our trip in March, we were met with vague promises of airline seats, sites we would see and places we would visit. Upon arrival, our tour guide abandoned us at the airport for 2 hours, 47 people, to pick up one late passenger just so Premier wouldn’t have to pay $50 for an Uber. Consequently, we arrived just in time to eat dinner at 10:30 pm. We are on day two, and the vague promises and excuses are continuing. If you value your time and money, don’t go Premier because it’s not. We spent $3000 to see New York City, and we got 3 hours on a closed bus driving around the barricaded Manhattan streets listening to lame jokes from a guide who clearly did not look at the NYC event street closures for this weekend. I thought she was just lazy, but when I showed her how easy it would’ve been for her to check out the street closures, she shoved my phone in my face and said, “Don’t show me that, I improvise!” Just as their planning is more scarce than their indifference, so will my monitory tips be in comparison to my verbal tips on how to improve their promised attractions and non-existent service. Most of us on the tour know what is expected of a tour company, and this isn’t it.
