The first time I was cared by a very friendly lady and they did an excellent job for my pet, the second time I was cared by an Asian woman who later called me and told me that my pet had many knots and that the cost was going to be raised 12 dollars , The third time I have the same person and when I picked it up my dog they charged me 75 dollars because my pet had many knots, my daughter and I checked our pet and had no knots, when I complained the receptionist called the Asian woman she come to the front for two seconds and I claim that the dog had many knots and returned to the back of the room, again I repeated that my pet had no knots and the receptionist asked me if I was going to leave the tip on the card or in cash, I did not leave a tip and they lost a client, people like them shouldn't work with animals
My Princess love to go there. Everyone I meet are really friendly and professional.. I am confident they will do their job proper and will treat my Princess with love and care. Thank you bubbles pet spa specially to Lilli and now Sara for their excellent job
We LOVE Bubbles Pet Spa! We have used Bubbles for over 6 years now for our two Border Collies. Appointment times are usually pretty convenient if you call ahead & they are great about accommodating last minute as well. The technicians are always super friendly, helpful, and clearly love the pups they care for! Our dogs always come back happy, clean, fresh, and pampered looking. We use Bubbles for all our pet pampering needs!
We only go here to get my dog's nails cut. Most of the staff are great, just a couple don't cut them short enough.
Jean was awesome! Cat grooming is difficult enough to find so when the place my vet here recommended said they didn't do it anymore and recommended Bubbles I was kind of leery. The bright side, this place is down the street from the house, they give a 10%cat grooming Monday discount, are super responsive and friendly and Jean did an amazing job of taking care of my big boy skittish ginger furkid's coat with the furminator, his fur is super soft and even though she couldn't get that much if his tummy she got more than enough to get rid of the dander and excess.
