Carter Services scheduled our service call for the next morning, and we received a call from our technician, Isac, a few hours later to set up the time of the visit. Isac was very knowledgeable with years of experience. But, his desire and ability to actively listen to us was really impressive. Many physicians could take a lesson from him. Of course, the problem was corrected and all is well! But, I respect his honesty and the integrity he displayed by not pressuring us for expensive repairs. After looking on YouTube, I expected to hear that we needed a lot of work done. Isac's honesty, and the integrity we've come to expect from Carter Services over the years, speaks volumes about the ownership and culture of this company! I highly recommend this family-owned business to anyone in need of plumbing , heating, cooling, and appliance repairs.

James from Carter’s was polite, professional, on time, and an all-around great guy. He repaired our stove quickly and left a very neat work space when he was finished.

I was so pleased with the quick response both in the office and the immediate service call. I am sure that response on short notice is not always available but the combination of the efficient office staff and the tech proximity made it work.nnMy tech was Kent and he immediately identified the problem, explained the cause (and showed me the ice buildup) . I approved the cost and he had the parts on his truck. within about an hour my 20 year old Sub-Zero was working like new. THANK YOU!!

I had a technician come to my house to do a repair on my refrigerator. He was very professional, informative, and friendly. He also offered advice on how to care for my So it would not have the same problem in the future which I felt was above and beyond!
