This is a nice place for a high school football stadium. There are also several softball fields, baseball fields, and numerous tennis courts with lights. Lights go out at 10:00pm if I remember correctly. Several tennis courts due to age just aren't worth using. Monday night's there's a softball league that uses 2 of the fields and little league practice is every other night during their season.
It was very enjoyable first ball game since 1985
My son had a soccer match at this field and although the turf appeared to be in good condition, it was very slippery even with cleats on. Many players where slipping and falling down. The other noticeable features were that parking was very limited and you had to park on the street, and when the match began you had to stay outside The fenced in area of the field. Being restricted to the outside of the fence area meant that the view of the game was obscured and seating wasn't ideal. It is still a nice benefit to have a field in this location of downtown and even with the limitations, it is an asset nonetheless.
Love the place, well kept, friendly people no body bugs you.
Great parking options almost on every side of the school and plenty of seating With a great view. Super clean and great snack bar. Stadium/track is very well kept and in wonderful condition.
