We had a sentimental piece of framed art given to us by very special friends many years ago that had come framed. Although we really never liked the look of the frame we left it alone as it hung in our home. By accident I knocked it off the wall and cracked the glass and that became the impetus for us to take a look for a framer in our area to either replace the glass or fully replace the frame. I am so glad we came across Tacoma Frame Makers yesterday because it made our decision easier to go ahead and make the change to a new frame and matting after a non-rushed informative discussion about all the pros and cons including clear pricing options. Unfortunately it's not too uncommon these days to go into a business, small or large, and feel like you're getting pushed to purchase a product or service at a higher price point, but that was just not the case with Tacoma Frame Makers. I would highly encourage anyone in the area in need of framing to check out this small independent business who treats the customer like they are truly valued not only for the point of sale but for their future needs as well.

Tacoma Frame Makers went out of their way to answer my tons of questions, recommend and find the perfect frame, and quickly complete the framing.

I've had Tacoma Frame Makers make frames for 2 posters for me. Each of them was exquisitely crafted with an accent colored interior frame to match the poster, and a black frame around the outside. A picture hook is included to mount on the wall as a convenience. The consult was easy and friendly, where we discussed the type of framing I wanted as well as accent colors. Tacoma Frame Makers is conveniently located of 6th Ave. I am extremely pleased with the results, and I have many more posters and pictures I have planned for them to frame.
