Super friendly! Went in for a ring cleaning because they were recommended by a family member. I needed my ring cleaned before getting married and this is someone my family member trusts! Will definitely be back! My ring is sparkling like the first day I got it!

Robert provided my wife with a cleaning of her wedding ring and did a great job looking at the ring prior to the cleaning to ensure no loose stones and possibly compromising the ring during the clean. He also provided the appraisal we use for our insurance. He also set up a private time to look and try on other items while I waited on the cleaning. The office as a whole is very welcoming and Robert is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
