Kaos Solutions Truck Repair

Had a truck OOS in WS with some air leaks, they went there fast and fix it, a bit pricey but nothing compared with other roadsides in the area.

Thieves...... be very careful, they do highway robbery. I had bad alternator on my way to Vegas. I called Kaos for repairs. There show-up fee is $390 before they do any kind of work to your truck. I said ok they did the repair and charged me $1000 for the final bill. The mechanic literally sat around for three hours doing nothing and didn’t have the ability or mechanical knowledge to pull out the alternator, he was on the phone asking someone else how he was going to pull the alternator out. I finally put my gloves on got the alternator out myself and I told him to go get the new alternator. He left and came back two hours later with an alternator and I help him install it. I continued with my trip and I saw my battery not charging. I stopped to see if there’s any missing connections and couldn’t find any. My batteries run out of volts and asked another driver to help me jump start. I drove for few miles to another shop to do alternator repair for $343. Luckily the second shop were good people and got the job done the first time. The alternator that I got from kaos was a bad one and charged me for a whipping $1000. Anyone who wants to see the receipts email me and I’ll send you both receipts in one day. Don’t do any repairs with them they will rob you to your last penny with no repairs. And I forgot to mention the kaos mechanic tore apart my coolant hose and I end up loosing three gallons of coolant. What does a coolant hose has to do with alternator 😏😏😏. Anyway I tried contacting the manager but no response.

Kaos Solutions do exactly who their name says. We arriveded in St George on Saturday night at 8 pm. With a major problem with our motorhome's drive train. We were on our way to South Dakota bro help move our kids and had no time to spare. Kaos was the only company out of the dozen we called who not only answer the phone but went right to work with a plan to get us road Worthy that night. The dispatcher kept us informed as she made arrangements for their driver to do the repair and the parts house to open up so he could get the needed parts. By 1:00am we were ready to get back on the road. They did all of this and charged a very fair price. If you break down in their service area call them!

VERY fair priced and VERY knowledgeable mechanics!! i was shut down at the port in saint george utah , for a wheel seal. after calling several places with more than 3 hour waits i called KAOS SOLUTIONS and i had a guy there and finished with my wheel seal whithin an hour !!!! i was impressed to say the least . if ever needed again in this area they will be the 1st i call

KAOS SOLUTIONS IS A SAVING GRACE, MY RADIATOR CRACKED AND HAD ME STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE I-15 AT PRIMM, NEVADA . WITH NO TIME TO SPARE I CALLED KAOS SOLUTIONS AND WHEN I TELL YOU THEY GOT ME UP AND GOING IN NO TIME , THATS JUST WHAT IT WAS ! THEY CAME AND DIAGNOSED AND REPLACED MY ENTIRE RADIATOR ALL WHITHIN 5 HOURS AND I WAS BACK ROLLING. THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND FAIR WITH PRICING AND THE MECHANIC THAT SHOWED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING. I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE DOING THIS REVIEW AND I MEANT IT !! WITHOUT KAOS SOLUTIONS I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN BIG TROUBLE BEING THAT THE OTHER 3 COMPANIES OUT THAT WAY I CALLED ALL HAD LONG WAIT TIMES AND WERE MUCH MORE PRICEY... I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH HOW HAPPY I WAS , THANK YOU GUYS .
