Having the details (including pics) of the vehicle from which I was getting vital parts (entire rear axle, in this case) was critical in my selection. The part and parent vehicle was described with care and professionalism. The person I dealt with knew his stuff (must be a professional mechanic). He walked me through the process, confirming what I was ordering was truly the exact replacement to my broken part. He also did the leg work to accommodate some specialized shipping requests. The part ended up being perfect and in better condition than described. The price was better than rival and more localized salvage/used part dealers. I would not hesitate to go to Southwest Auto Recycling for any used auto part I need (if available at their location).
I have purchased many parts from southwest over the years. The condition of the parts I get here are amazing and Jared is always helpful and great to work with. They are my first and only call when I need a part.
I called Southwest for a specific VW rim for my daughters car. It was the only one within 1,000 miles. It was on my doorstep in 2 days. I was very impressed. Excellent price and excellent service. I’ll keep you in mind in the future should I need pull parts.
They are awesome and stayed open on a holiday weekend to help my wife I'd definitely recommend them to everyone.
