Date of service 9/24/20- this company was completely unprofessional. My vents are leaking on my roof (we fully inspected ourselves, in our attic) Jose was supposed to be here between 9/10am. He did not show up until NOON. He gets on my roof, replacing the screws and caulking on my vents. Before even asking me if it was ok for him to start any work. No estimate given at all. Once he is complete and comes to my door, he says ok my boss said it will be $695 dollars!!!! Apparently that is their flat rate to even come out! I was not informed of this. I would have never agreed! Especially seeing as the roofer never came to speak to me before doing any repairs! Follow up to the next morning, IT IS STILL LEAKING FROM MY VENTS!!! The job was not completed whatsoever ever! They want to charge me more to come out and fix the same issue that Jose was supposed to fix! I will be reporting this company to the BBB, totally scam to say the least. I wouldn’t even give them one star, but to write this review, I had no choice. Don’t get scammed like I did!

I had an appt with someone named Bill today for a roof leak, and he ghosted the appointment with no notice. Despite me taking time off work, nobody came or cared to call. I called and left several voicemails with no return. After reading the reviews, I consider myself fortunate that I didn’t contract with them. I’ll be posting this comment on all three of their google-linked websites, worth reading all of them if you will be contracting with them. Lack of professionalism seems to be a recurring theme.

I bought a new roof with this “company” last year because they claimed to have a warranty. Shortly after, I experienced leaking. I called them left several messages and no one replied. Eventually the leaking stopped so I forgot about it. This year after the downpour, my roof started leaking again, this time there appears to be a significant leak. I’ve contacted these aholes via phone and email and no one bothers to reply. Clearly they come out, do a poor job, and then don’t honor their warranty. Wish I would have hired a more reputable company.

Unprofessional. They had no care about the property. They utilized my tools. The tore my tarp, no care to replace it. Took down my gutters day before rain storm, and no care the rain went into my basement (anyone with a basement will be the only ones who knows what it is like to replace carpet because of water damage).nnThey seemed professional and knew roofing and how to get the job done. This was true. As far as why they are more expensive than other companies is a mystery.nnCurrently they are charging me 1440 for disposal of a third layer I told them was there many times. The company left the dumpster uncovered for 4 days in the largest down pour of the season. So it was then my responsibility to pay for water and roofing disposed. The removal of my old roof was reckless. So they had told me it takes additional labor to remove the extra layer. Long story short I paid extra for my satellite dish to be destroyed (dish only charged me 250 plus tax to replace it). Charged extra because nobody can order a covered dumpster. Paid for damage to my own tools. Paid extra to put away my own tools they took out of my garage. Then had to pay extra to throw away my own gutters.nnI have pictures but luckily it won’t let me post.

March 2018 I set up 3 appts for roofing bids . Connelly was to be here at 10am but then changed to 3pm on their decision . I knew that one of the other bids might overlap in scheduleing but should have not been a issue. Around 3pm they said they were 30min out and never showed . After 4pm called their office and found out they had come but when saw another truck made their own decision to leave . Called their office again and was told if I wanted them to come back would be there in 20min I said ok . Waited till 530pm stilll nobody and no follow up phone call the next day .nnPiss poor communication and customer service do not schedule with them will not be certain if they show up!nnDo not recommend find other company that cares instead
