The team that did the work was good. My problem is with Leo and the owner. You made a bid and put it on paper. I never heard you say anything about a discount and it's not on the paper work. Your ad on the web says nothing about paying full price to get a free TV. you made good money from us. Plus you said it would be a 6 person team out here and there was only 5. We asked about you putting on a gutter over the back door and you said you would take care of it. You did not!!!. I feel like we got ripped off!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!! If I could stop payment on check I would. You probably took it to the bank already. Ted is not my brother he's my husband. I was part of it . Ted did remove the wood over the door. The only thing your workers took off was are dish satelite that I asked them to do. Who you hire is your business doesn't change who they are inside.

I compared many products and companies to replace the roof. I chose to use Ampro builders to replace my roof. They had the best looking product for the best price. They maintained a clean job site and we’re very quick, but safe did an excellent job!. The sales and financing team were very friendly and helpful. We took our time and got many estimates for our Queen Anne Victorian home, garage and cottage. Not your ordinary style of roofing project. We have had bad experiences in the past with contractors however by far, this company went above and beyond our expectations. The experience was exceptional thanks to Leo from start to finish. No high pressure sales tactics ,honest,kind,patient and understanding person. All of his crew were very professional, quality work, clean up and responsiveness. Not to mention the owner Rob who is involved during the project. Top notch honest family company ! The roofs are beautiful I would absolutely recommend Ampro Builders and Leo's team to anyone who asks. Thank you Ampro team for bringing me peace of mind.

We had a representative come to our house and give us an estimate on our roof and he told us how it was going to be done. We signed the agreement for the work to be done and we haven’t heard from him since (That was late August and it’s now October). We’ve tried many times to contact the rep (Voicemail and text messages) and we have not heard anything from him. We contacted the company and left a message and still we’ve heard nothing. I find this very unprofessional. It seems odd from being eager to do the job to not responding at all. Chad Sattler
