Our first 2 experiences here were great. We have come 3 times subsequently and probably won't return again. The customer service reps the past few times have acted like we were putting them out. I would rather go to my local guy even if I have to pay more.
I went into discount with some tires I got online that was ordered for my make and model and I was going to have them put them on but the guy there told me they are not rated for this truck they need load range f tires and I got e rated so I go home and look on my other truck to see what they put on it and sure enough load range e it’s the Exactly the same truck except newer and Discount put load range e on it If I could do a -5star I would
Great service and quick, you can't go wrong with discount tire.
Brought the vehicle in one week, they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Vehicle kept alerting me that tires were low. Took it back in the following week and now they say all 4 tires need replacing. One week shouldn't make that big of a difference.
