Guardian Roofing

I originally needed a repair of a leaking solar tube. They said the roof was fine and did not need to be replaced. Later after they were washing the moss off of the roof they found that the roof needed to be replaced. The estimate for roof replacement was $10,000 more than another company. The estimate for insulation was 3 times what another company charged. Communication with the company was very difficult after we decided not to have them replace the roof. Communication within the company seemed to be not good. I would not recommend this company.

In June '18 they cleaned and did repair work on our roof. We had previously had work done on our roof by them and was not aware they kept our credit card (that we no longer use) on file. They left the statement on our door and I promptly used bill pay to send them the money (unaware they were charging our credit card for the full amount). I tried calling the company and left messages and did not get a call back. I did a stop pay on the check, but did pay the full statement amount via the credit card they used. I did not have a good feeling and decided I would not use their services in the future. Fast foward to today (Aug 30) someone from their office left a message on our phone saying they were charging an additional $437 because they had not charged for the roof cleaning yet. We have not received an additional bill, notice, nothing. I do not trust this company and will be closing my credit card so they cannot charge for further random made up charges.
